0.0 Make a backup of your San Andreas Folder
1.1 Install "Ped Editor" (by Scream2k4)
1.2 Look which skins are used in the partyserver
1.3 Write down the skin codes
1.4 Rename the downloaded skin files to the skin codes you want to replace
2.1 Install "Alci's IMG Editor" (best choice)
2.2 Open gta3.img (located in your San Andreas > Models folder)
2.3 "Import (remove if exist)" the files
2.4 Rebuild the archive and close the program
2.5 Test
